From tryouts to the last tournament

Everything a club owner and coaches do in a season, in the order you do it.

1. 1

   Tryouts

   Parents sign up in about two minutes, and every player gets a check-in number.

   Your form: positions, measurables, school, parents, an emergency contact, the waiver, and any questions you add. On tryout day, helpers check players in from a private link and snap a photo so coaches can put faces to numbers.

   

2. 2

   Scoring

   Every coach scores every player 1 to 5, right from their phone.

   Pick the skills you score (speed, hands, routes, coverage, football IQ, effort, or your own), add a note, and tap to the next player. Each coach scores on their own, and the averages line up the tryout pool for you.

   

3. 3

   Tournaments and dues

   Pick the tournaments, and the budget tells you what to charge.

   Keep one tournament list for the club and add each team's schedule. The budget adds up entry fees, hotels, mileage, meals and uniforms, then suggests dues per player. Set the dues in one tap, with a payment plan if you want one.

   

4. 4

   Rosters and offers

   Pick your roster, and one tap emails every family their offer.

   Add players from the tryout pool, set an answer-by date, and send. Families accept on their phone and pick pay in full or the payment plan. Their offer link becomes their private team page for the season.

   

5. 5

   The season

   Families always know what's next, and dues get paid.

   Each family's page shows the next practice or tournament with directions, a schedule they add to their phone's calendar, RSVPs, announcements and dues. Card payments are marked paid on their own, and a morning email reminds families what's due or coming up.
