These terms cover using FastPlay HQ and the league websites on it, run by FAST Sports in Wilmington, North Carolina (“we”). By using the site you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what information we keep.

Leagues run their own leagues

Each league on FastPlay HQ is run by its own organization, not by us. The league sets its divisions, prices, waivers, schedules, refund policy and rules, and is responsible for them and for the games themselves. Questions about a league go to that league.

Signing up and paying

When you sign up players, the information you give must be true and yours to give. Payments are taken by Stripe on the league's behalf, and Stripe's own terms apply. Refunds follow the league's refund policy.

For leagues using FastPlay HQ

• Keep your admins' email addresses current, and remove admins who leave.
• Only collect and use families' information to run your league, and keep it private.
• You're responsible for the waivers, prices and policies you post, and for meeting the laws that apply to them.
• Your agreement with us (price, start date and anything else we agree) is in writing between us.

Using the site fairly

Don't try to get into anyone else's information, break or overload the site, post anything unlawful or hurtful, or pretend to be someone you're not. Referee links are for that league's referees only. We may turn off access that breaks these rules.

Scores and schedules

Scores are entered by referees and schedules by league admins. We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. The league's official results are the ones the league says they are.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses from using the site, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes and the law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. North Carolina law applies.
