Everything your flag football league runs on

From the night sign-ups open to the championship game: sign-ups, teams, schedules, live scores, playoffs, and the small things that make game night easier.

A whole season, start to finish

Everything a league director does between opening sign-ups and handing out trophies.

  1. Sign-ups

Families sign up and pay in about five minutes.

Parents sign up the whole family at once: each player's grade puts them in the right division, waivers are signed once, brothers and sisters get the discount, and payment goes through Stripe (Apple Pay and Google Pay too). Card numbers never touch your site.

The sign-up review: two kids, a $20 sibling discount and a $240 total
  2. Teams

Teams that keep friends together, drafted in one tap.

Friend requests turn into friend groups. Place a group in one tap, or let it draft every roster: coach requests first, then friends, then even teams by size, QBs and experience.

  3. Schedule

A full season scheduled in minutes, with no double-booked teams or fields.

Pick your dates, start time and fields. It builds a round robin for every division, checks that no team or field is double-booked, keeps rules like a coach with two teams never playing at once, then publishes it to your scores site.

The schedule builder: no problems found, games by time and field
  4. Game day

Every game scored live from the field, even with weak signal.

Refs score every play from their phones, and if a phone dies another one takes over the game. Parents follow along live and get a buzz when their team scores. Every final makes a graphic ready to post.

A share graphic: Packers 20, Vikings 14, final
  5. Playoffs and tournaments

Standings and brackets that run themselves.

Standings update with every final. Playoff brackets set up the next game as soon as a winner is known. Host a tournament too: coaches register and pay for their team, and you set up pools and fields.

Every league gets its own site

A league's home page with its own logo, colors and photos

Your name, your colors

Your logo, photos, divisions and prices at your own address, like fastplayhq.com/your-league. Families never see anyone else's league.

An organization's page listing three locations

One location or ten

Groups with several cities run each location as its own league. Directors see their own, and headquarters sees them all.

And all the little things

The stuff that makes game night run smoother for you, your coaches, your refs and your families.

  • Team chat, built in

Every team gets its own chat for coaches, families and league staff, so practice changes and game-day updates reach the whole team in one place. Coaches post practices, and families tap Going or Can't make it for every game and practice. It's all built into FastPlay, so there's no separate app to download.

  • Weather and delay updates

Post an update and it goes to the top of every page, and to every parent with alerts on.

  • Night recaps

Every final, the night's headlines and a graphic to share, ready when the last game ends.

  • Sponsor spots

A title sponsor on every page and sponsors on the headlines. Sell them to help cover costs.

  • Works with weak signal

Refs keep scoring when the signal drops. Everything catches up when it comes back.

  • Phone takeover

If a ref's phone dies, another phone picks up the game right where it left off.

  • No app to download

It's a website. Families add it to their home screen and it works like an app.

  • Standings that keep themselves

Every final updates the standings and team pages on its own.

  • Coaches screened

Track each coach's background check and concussion course. Coaches see their roster once they're cleared.

  • A page for every family

Parents sign in to see their kids' team, coach, next game, receipt and waivers.

  • Email families

Email the whole league, a division or one team. Move a game and those families hear about it on their own.

  • Ref schedule and pay

Put refs on games, email them the night's schedule, and see what each one is owed.

  • Calendar sync

One tap adds a team's games to a parent's phone calendar, and moved games update by themselves.

  • Division limits and a waitlist

Cap each division. When it's full, families join a waitlist and get a payment link when a spot opens.

  • Discount codes

Give a code for dollars off or a percent off. Families type it in before they pay.

Safe for families

Parents trust you with their kids' information. Here's how we look after it.

  • Card numbers never touch your site

Families pay on Stripe's secure page, the same one big stores use.

  • No kids' names on public pages

Scores, standings and team pages show team names only. Rosters stay with your admins and cleared coaches.

  • No passwords to steal

Admins sign in with a code sent to their email, every time.

  • Each league kept apart

Your families are only ever seen by your admins. The database itself keeps leagues separate.

  • Waivers signed and kept

Parents sign once per family, with their name and the date, and you can see who signed what.

  • Only what you need

We ask families for what a league actually uses. No heights, weights or player ratings.
